Categories
Select the type of ticket you received if not listed, select "Other" and write a description of the ticket received.
Select the status that best represents this ticket. Ex. if you pled not guilty, had a hearing and the ticket was dismissed select "not Guilty -->Dismissed".
Enter the time you received the ticket as stated on the ticket if it is listed incorrectly on the ticket please note this is the description below.
Enter the "In Violation Of (section and subdivision)" portion of the ticket
Please enter the "Description/Narrative" portion of the ticket.
Enter the "Place Of Occurrence" portion of your ticket. Farther below you will choose the actual location where you received the ticket (unfortunately many tickets are written incorrectly)
