Description
Another "Dog and Pony Show" trick by the NYPD. Make riders stop in an intersection and force them to decide which ticket to take. One for blocking the intersection or one for going through a Red Light.
Red Light Ticket from 3/30 Dismissed
The officer appeared in Traffic Court today and claimed to not remember the circumstances involving the ticket and so the judge dismissed it. This compleats my tickets from CM 3/30/07.

Reckless Operation of a Bicycle - Dismissed
Red Light Violation - Dismissed
Now I'll wait to hear what the Civilian Complaint Review Board has to say about being knocked off my bike.
