If you have..
If you have or purchase a headlight you can usually get this ticket thrown out. Although you're supposed to demonstrate proof of purchase/ownership within 24 hours (taken the receipt or light to the address listed on the back of the ticket) many people have had luck just showing up to court with it.
I can emphasize more how easy it is to fight these tickets and how quickly they are thrown out in court. Several people simply show up and the tickets are dismissed.
